Biography:
Head Varsity Water Polo Coach SMHS (2007-Present)
Head Varsity Swim Coach SMHS (2007-Present)
Head Varsity Water Polo Coach MHHS (2005)
Head J.V. Boys and Girls Coach S.M.H.S. for four years (1999-2002)
Head J.V. Boys and Girls swim coach in the Grizzlies inaugural
season. (2005-2006)
<Chris received his teaching credential
from National University 2006.
<He graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in
Kinesiology and Physical Education.
<Chris was a lifeguard for 6 years.
<He was also a swim instructor for the
49er camp at CSULB
<Chris was an All-American swimmer in
college, and a member of two state champion relay teams.
<He swam at Palomar College for two
years.
<As a SMHS Alumni, he was a four-year
varsity swimmer and a two-year captain.
<Chris received the MVP award in 1996
and 1997 at SMHS.
<He is the current record holder in two
events at SMHS.
<He is the recipient of the Comet of
the Year Award in swimming; which is the most prestigious award for
sports at Palomar College.
<He has instructed and given swim
lessons to swimmers ages 5-18.
<He was a lifeguard at the Bernardo
Heights Community Center.
<Chris has been a Club Swimmer
for 8 years.
